I am mom of 8 months old baby. I m in under weight. i m planned to take pro 360. can i take.? how to intake pro 360 weigt gainer? what is the procedure.?

I would not suggest you to take any kind of weight gainers in case you are breast feeding your baby in fact the best is to please consult with your gynecologist once before taking any supplements to put on weight take healthy home cooked meal weight is just a number what matters the most is your immunity and your inner strength
