Q.
I am mom of 4 years 8 months old son. He has an ideal weight and height but he doesn't eat well specially green vegetables. At times,he cries a lot and doesn't listen to me.Please suggest what to do and how to overcome his nutritional deficiencies....

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can give a mix vegetable soups you can add finely chopped vegetables and his Khichdi daliya, you can make Stuffed Paratha for him to make up the deficiencies and also give some appetite boosting supplements
