I am lactating mother. My baby age 8 Month. Last 2 week I am loose 2-4 kg weight. How increase my weight without side effects of my baby. I am feel weakness. Which Product increase immunity and also weight. Pls suggest

You should get a thyroid test done that because if suddenly weight loss is there that sometimes could be due to thyroid also so just to be sure about it in this case it is definitely important to go for a thyroid test and if it is negative then you should consult a nutritionist once regarding the sameWrite Your Answer Here
