Q.

I am in the seventh month of pregnancy but I am worried that unlike my first pregnancy , I will have less breast milk ...any food items which will help in sufficient milk for my second one ??

A. Hi don't worry at all. Try to include these foods regularly almost every day. Cooked garlic can help. Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation. You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, carrot, oats, almonds,and other nuts, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provid
