I am in my early pregnancy, 6 weeks, I sometimes get cramps in the left side abdomen. Ultrasound report was fine, what can be the reason otherwise?

A. Most likely it is because of the round ligament getting stretched out. If the pin is very severe then consult your doctor. We also need to rule out renal stones
