i am in breat feed. after certiin time period my breast gets hard and start paining is it normal

That’s basically your body is making a lot of milk and when it is not consumed it gets accumulated and hurts it is a very common thing to be seen so if you want you can regularly do a breast massage and hot compress on top of that would be very helpful
