Q.
I am having severe pain on my tailbone. it stated after delivery. and sometimes the pain is not bearable. I am unable to sit straight. if I lay down Its very difficult to turn side. what could be the possible reason for this and this can be cured. I had normal delivery but labour duration was very long and I have taken pain relief injection on my back

In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
