I am having severe in my nipples during breast feeding. How to prevent it?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. In between the feeds try applying warm compress on the paining area. Try using a nipple shield while breastfeeding your baby. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further advice.
