A. yes, it's fine.. you can give it..
Give two meal and one snack a day
Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...

A. Hello mom
Now your baby is seven months old so yes it is totally fine to start giving all these things to your baby. You can also start giving oats, ragi, egg. All these things are very healthy for babies and contains all the nutrition is way we need so you can give it regularly. Baby should take at least four meals in a day so maintain a diet plan according to that
