I am getting frequent urination at night !! Please advise? Like 4-5 times

cause of frequent urine passage can be either urinary tract infection or too much fluids intake or cold climate and in some cases diabetes.so kindly visit your physician onnce

it happens because of weather change or infection or too much intake of fluids.
so, please limit your fluid intake especially before sleep time.
increase your day time fluid intake and go for washroom at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep that area clean and dry
maintain good hygiene.
