Q.

I am feeling heaviness in the chest and getting sounds from stomach... and feeling like something is struck in throat... can u advice. I am taking shelcal from last one year... I mean after my delivery

A. see chest heaviness is a bad thing you show to a physician as well. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
