A. Hello mom You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and you should also start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this you should also add jeera and ajwain in your regular diet it will help in increasing breast milk. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk or formula milk till six months
