A. Things which increase quantum of breast milk are:- 1 white cumin seeds in water or curd. 2 Drink plenty of liquids like water, milk,etc.

A. good afternoon I would recommend that you should try to have some supplement you can go for shatavri powder it has to be taken with milk twice in a day to make sure you have sufficient milk supply
