i am exclusively breast feeding my 1 month old, what should i include and what should i avoid in my diet

A. You should adjust avoid too much of oily food and junk food rest you can have everything healthy all kind of lentils grains and dry fruits nuts everything healthy that you can culture there is no issue with anything just focus more on fruits and proteins
