I am currently using Aptamil gold stage 1 formula milk. I am little confused regarding the scoop. As per behind the bottle it mentions 6 scoops requires 180ml water with 5 feeding and on google it shows one scoop requires 50ml. So m confused if we need to give 30 or 50ml water in one scoop ?

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please follow the instructions given on the packaging as each formula milk has different water requirements to make it. It is not advisable to give anything to the baby other than mother’s milk till the age of six months. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk.
