I am breastfeeding my 6 month old baby. All of sudden she's passing losse runny stool with mucous. The mucous can be clearly seen in the stool like a jelly. she passed 4 stools in 2 hours. I m feeling worried. what should I do?

A. Loose motion could be because of some infection or if chronic than could be some malabsorption. Ienitially you can give zinc supplement for 2 weeks and probiotic like econorm sachet for 3 days . For any specific treatment consult your doctor and maintain proper hydration .
