Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, to loose weight you will,have to eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water and coconut water too.
Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises.
Also best diet chart can. Be given by your dietician by asking you further more questions
