I am breastfeeding mother.. mera baby 8 month old he. mera period 3 month se regular hua , cycle 35 days he.. is mahine muje period nahi aaya 40 days above ho chuke he mene pregnancy test kiya wo bhi nagative he, muje kya karna chahiye.. it's worried for me

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. These kind of irregularities are common upto one year after delivery. Please eat healthy food items like fresh fruits and dry fruits. Take lots of green vegetables and dairy products on daily basis. Please use proper contraceptive measures to avoid any kind of accidental pregnancy till the periods become regular. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances. Thanks and take care
