I am breast feeding mom for 3months old baby. 75% Bf and 25% formulae fed. I am at chennai and unfortunately my father in law passed away at madurai. Hence travelled to madurai and left the baby at chennai with my mom becoz of covid. I was away from my baby for 32 hours. During that time baby was formulae fed with lactogen. Now i don't hv breast milk to feed my baby. Its really painful when baby cries i don't hv milk to feed her. Pls guide me.

only in 32 hours milk will not dry up but yes it is a suggestion that you should try to take good amount of fluids and sure that you are eating roasted Makhana and Shatavari with milk it helps apart from this try to squeeze out the milk and apply some warm compress on your breast and till then feed your baby with formula
