I am almost 7 weeks 8 days pregnant and my TSH level is 8.44. pls advise any lifestyle change and how serious is it?

A. during pregnancy if high tsh ,then you should start medications . as in pregnancy it is needed and it is not harmful to the baby . so consult with your doctor soon for medication
