Q.

I am a working women and i need rejoin to my work at 5 th month of ma baby. can i introduce solids to ma baby at this period?

A. hi mom u can use formula milk for ur child after consulting with your doctor if u have to join ur duty .. u can also express breast milk and use when u r not there

A. Hi mom no not now. wait for another one month more. mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. once ur baby completes six months then u can give cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food
