Q.
I am a working mom doing WFH and struggling to spend quality time with my kid. I can't even spend 30 mind to teach my kid every day. So I am thinking to resign my job and take care of my kid full day. But I am still oscillating in my mind whether to resign or not

Set a timing for your work from home I know it is more hectic than regular work but you have to do it quitting the job is not a solution because very practically speaking financial independence is very important these days and also the amount you are earning is working out like a saving for you and for your child’s future so I would not suggest you to quit the job is a very practical suggestion I am giving you fix your working hours so that you can spend the remaining time with your child
