A. Instead you can pump milk and store it in fridge. Whenever baby requires u can use them. Please read our articles on storage of milk in internet

A. 1st extract breast milk with ur hand as much as possible … bcoz it can cause u discomfort when milk solidifies in ur breast and u may get pain…. And yes u can use breast pads if ur going out
