I am a mother of two months old twins but still I am not getting enough milk to feed them. What should I do get milk.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet which can an help to increase the milk secretion and also you should have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek also include khus khus which can help Increase the milk secretion or give infant formula milk usinga bpa free bottle like Babyhug
