I am a mother of two children. my eldest son is 1.5 years old and the younger one is 26 days old. I need and expert advice to buy a back pain supporting belt, since I have to take care both my children. I want to wear this belt while I am spending time with my elder one so that I can support my back. I will try my level best to not to lift my elder one.

A. buy lumbar spine belt. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. make sure your posture is fine. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily. if possible. visit some orthopedic
