Q.

I am a mother of my 4.5 years old daughter.. since sometime, I am experiencing acute pain in my upper back. can this be due to.. like I had a cessarian delivery? 5 years ago..? or is it just a myth and I should see a Doctor?

A. Mam I don’t think so it is associated with C-section but once you check with your doctor you would rather have a better clarity on the situation so please check with your doctor and any kind of diet alteration of addition suggested
