I am a mother of a 6 months old baby. After delivery I had my periods every months. Yesterday i was feeling some itchiness in my vagina, also there was slight stomach ache. I was feeling itchiness while passing urine. I saw two blood drops on my toilet seat. I thought my periods has started. But 24 hours have passes and there is no blood stain on my santitary pad. What could be the reason for those 2 blood drops ?
