I am a mother of 7 month old baby , may i know is it safe to drink green tea while breast feeding.

A. yes it is safe if you consumer l it in moderate amount. Drinking too much green tea causes Irritability and fussiness ,Frequent bowel movement,Diarrhea,Wakefulness and improper sleep , colic to your baby.
