i am a mother of 4month old baby.my milk supply suddenly dropped.pls suggest how to regain it

A. Hi dear mom As ur milk supply has dropped then u can have lactare tablets to increase your breast milk supply. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Drink adequate water to increase breast milk.
