Q.

I am a mother of 4.7 yr old girl. she got her power glasses in this age that too-1.5 in both the eyes. she is not too used to Tv and mobile. her diet is also good. but doc said that her power will increase with its age. little worried . is there is any solution that her power atleast not increase?

A. hi it might happen because of heritditary . so, please follow your doctor's advice for this. offer homemade healthy and well balanced diet. keep your child well hydrated. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
