I am a mother of 3 years old baby after the first delivery I got aborted 3 Times in 2 nd month of pregnancy and all the blood test results are normal

You got bought it for what reason you didn’t wanted to have the child it was a miscarriage there is no clarity in this so you should post your question again with all the details and if you’re unable to conceive I would recommend to consult your gynaecologist she’ll be able to advise with some medicines and also to start
