I am a mother of 3 months old baby .. I am breastfeeding her but sometimes the milk is not enough for my baby.. how can I increase my milk supply please help

A. Hi mom If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby. If not then u can have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm
