I am a mon of 4month baby. I had a normal delivery but I had a pain in my abdominal area and a back pain. I can't get up easily. what to do to cure it

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. then get back x ray. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

Eat a well balanced healthy diet. If the problem is persistent then consult your doctor for evaluation and advice.
