Avoid. As u are breastfeeding mother avoid the taking these tablets.
Take only under the guidance of the doctor.
For brightening skin, eat nutritious good, drink plenty of water, have fresh fruit juice rich in vitamin minerals which is very important for skin tone and color. Take adequate sleep.
