I am a feeding mother of 13month old baby ..kya me navratri k fast rakh sakti hu ..

A. Hi, Yeah!! You can do so but I would suggest not to avoid salt. You can have rock salt during fast. Also eat fruits and Navratri falahar properly so that you get continue supply of your breastmilk dear.
