Q.
I am a feeding mother for a 3 month girl. Whenever i drink milk my stomach gets upset. What to do as i cant stop having milk.

If you are having buffaloes milk then go for the cows milk for next few months till you are breastfeeding your baby because cows milk is comparatively easier to digest. Rather than this add more dairy products in your regular diet plan it will also help in boosting your breast milk
