I am a feeding mom . I got fever . Can I take tablet and can I feed the baby?

Of course you can and you should because till the time you are not going to be fine how are you going to feed the child of course you can take any basic medicine for fever as per your choice no problem and if you have a doubt you can always consult your doctor
