Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast. have good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.

Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care
