I am 7 months pregnant and facing back pain problem also Dr said baby is in my pulse so what can I do kindly suggest

Your body will be undergoing lots of re- organizational changes and because of that joint pains, especially back and knee pain is very much common. Use a pregnancy pillow will sleeping in setting and you can also use a back support belt.
