i am 6 month pregnant and i have a cold, cough and fever (101 degree f) . will it affect my pregnancy or harm my baby?

These things are very common due to weather change so don’t worry about it just consult your gynaecologist for a medication that you can take during this time and that is what is going to be helpful in beneficial for you and it is not going to affect your child
