I am 4 months pregnant, and I did a road trip of 4-5 hours and then had overeating also. Now, from yesterday evening , I have severe cramping in the lower abdomen. The cramping comes in an interval of every 15-20 minutes. What home remedies, I can do?? Can I take any painkillers ?

A. hi. do not take amy painkillers.. it is really difficult to identify the cause of pain. better to consult your doctor for the same as clinical examination is needful.
