I am 38 weeks pregnant, and am experiencing some mild period like cramp in my lower abdomen sometimes for longer period of time. Is this a symptom that my labour is nearing?

A. yes very likely. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
