I am 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant and In CBC report my platelets counts are less around 95. Is there anything worry about this? Kindly help

A. nothing to worry there is something called gestational thrombocytopenia in pregnancy..checking platelet count once a week will be helpfull ..of platelet less than 30000 some doctor preffer plate transfuaion
