I am 37 weeks pregnant, since today i suffered from 4-5 loose motion , feeling stomach pain ,what i should do to stop loose motion as it is causing much inconvenience?

Take sporolac sachet or enterogermina probiotics drops (full cartridge)
please avoid milk and heavy to digest food for now
take a sip of ors frequently
