I am 35 year old women i got my periods 10 days early this time . what it could be the reason

A. Maybe it’s due to heat or hormonal imbalance which is why it would be good for you to get it checked with the gynaecologist once a doctor would be able to help you with a proper medication that you can take to balance and regulate your periods and hormones
