I am 35 weeks pregnant. Had a white bumps filled with pus and some red dots on vaginal opening without burning or itching. Is these are harmful to anyone

It is not normal to get such lesions and you have to consult your gynecologist so that she can examine then and accordingly will stray any antibiotics if needed
