I am 32 years old when I gave birth to my second baby I got pain in both knees,still I am having when iam walking I got some kind of sounds in knees and causing pain

A. It’ll b associated with deficiencies associated with vitamin d also deficiency of calcium so better to get a deficiency test done so that u can start with all the necessary supplements for the child and that’s going to ba lot good
