Q.

I am 30 yrs old woman I gave birth to a girl on 20 April 2021 I tried to breastfeed her but my milk supply wasn't sufficient so I gave her formula. I know it's not late I want to breastfeed her so I want to increase my breast milk supply?

A. Hello dear parent! Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. The more your baby suckles directly the better milk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Consult a lactation expert for advice.
