I am 30 years old and during my pregnancy and after my hemoglobin is very low. It is now only 8.3 and i am taking homoepathic for irin deficiency, inspite of it , it is falling What to do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear , kindly do take iron folic acid supplements to increase hb levels. . also tajlke iron rich food on regular basis. furtger do consukt your doctor for same.
