i am 30 week pregnant. my blood pressure is coming 140. i am very nervous and anxious because of high bp. have ual experience the same and is it something ro worry about?

A. 140 is not so to be worried about BP always change during pregnancy and is mostly at some increased level like yours at starting of third trimester and during that so just have regular follow up about your BP and don't get scared
